MY FiTNESS VISION

FiTNESS is different for everyBODY because everyBODY is different. FiTNESS is more than how YOU look, it's how YOU feel and how YOU function.

My vision is to create an environment that is interactive, energy driven and safe. A climate designed to bring out the BEST in YOU. A space where effort is celebrated with the same enthusiasm as ability.

OUR SERVICES

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training that supports you in building a healthy lifestyle through exercise.  We offer individual and small group training both in person and virtually via Zoom. Our programs focus on

strength, endurance, cardiovascular 

health, flexibility and body composition.  Say goodbye to the boring (3) sets and (15) rep workout and say hello to a creatively designed training program.

SENIOR FITNESS

We know that exercise, health and wellness is important at any age.  For our senior clients we offer a series of specialized types of exercises geared towards 

strengthening muscles, improving balance, enhancing coordination and increasing flexibility. Utilizing a holistic approach to create a program that considers the physical, emotional, social and spiritual well being of each client.

YOGA

In a climate of uncertainty let yoga relieve your stress, boost your

immune system and decrease stress and anxiety. While simultaneously 

increasing flexibility, balance and mood. Yoga encourages and facilitates a deeper mind and body connection through a series of physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.  We specialize in Chair Yoga.

CORPORATE PROGRAMS

Get the entire office involved with a comprehensive corporate wellness program. Specifically  designed to get your employees up and moving. We offer a variety of programs which may include, yoga classes, boot camp classes, Zumba classes or a custom designed class. Program benefits include lower absenteeism, higher job satisfaction, increased 

productivity and lower health care costs.

COMMUNITY CLASSES

Many residential communities are bringing fitness directly to their residents. We offer a variety of fitness and wellness services at your onsite fitness center. Available services include individual personal training, small group training or group exercise classes. Our community-oriented approach to fitness creates a socially engaging and a functional fitness experience

Do you have a specific need? We can provide a custom designed workout program tailored to your specific criteria.  Specializing in those who are experiencing restricted mobility, impaired cognitive function and/or limited flexibility. Let our compassionate and patient staff customize a program that will focus on your strengths, not your weakness.

INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT

Are you planning a corporate event or private party? Do you want to do something different? How about interactive entertainment? Let's do a themed dance or fitness class.  Get your guests up and moving with a FUN and interactive class.  Dance classes are designed with easy to learn choreography. Fitness classes are instructor led easy to follow exercises meant to get the heart pumping without wearing you out. No prior dance or fitness background required.

ASSISTED STRETCHING

In short, assisted stretching, refers to a practice that involves manually guiding you through a sequence of stretches to identify tightness and imbalances within the body while laying down on a comfortable massage table. These stretches will help relax and elongate the muscles, reduce stiffness and soreness and increase your mobility and range of motion. We optimize your health one stretch at a time.

LET iT GO: I don't care what happens before class and I don't care what happens after class. Right now is your time. What ever "iT" is, it will be there when you return. LET iT GO!

GET iT IN: You can burn your max amount of calories per work out but it does not come from lack of effort.  YOU have to GET iT IN!

MAKE iT HAPPEN: Every thing in life is a choice, not making a choice is a choice. If there is something in your life you are unhappy with... make a choice and MAKE iT HAPPEN!

RESULTS

There are no short cuts to YOUR results. YOU must put in the work, on the days YOU feel like it and the days YOU don't. YOU must stay motivated and focused. Its easier said than done, I KNOW! Remember why YOU started. Anything worth having is worth working for! The truth is every diet and exercise plan works. The key to results is consistency. Any thing YOU do consistently will always produce results! GO get YOUR results!
