DANCE TONE

STRETCH

ALL LEVELS - 75 MINS

The name says it all! This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interactive class combines easy-to-follow dance choreography with targeted toning exercises finishing with a deep meditative stretch. Designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and increase flexibility and range of motion.

SENIOR FITNESS

ALL LEVELS - 45 MINS

A series of specialized types of exercises geared towards 

strengthening muscles, improving balance, enhancing coordination and increasing flexibility. Utilizing a holistic approach to create a program that considers the physical, emotional, social and spiritual well being of each client.

ZUMBA 

ALL LEVELS - 55 MINS

Combines Latin and International music with choreographed easy-to-follow dance moves. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

ZUMBA GOLD

ALL LEVELS - 45 MINS

A modified Zumba class designed for the active older adult, if you are recovering from an injury or just want a slower pace. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

ZUMBA TONING

ALL LEVELS - 55 MINS

This class takes the best of everything Zumba and adds the challenge of resistance. Combining body sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching strength training fitness party. By using light weights it helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you dance and your muscles stay engaged.

AQUA ZUMBA/FIT

ALL LEVELS - 55 MINS

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance.

There is less impact on your joints. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. You do NOT need to know how to swim to take this class.
