What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is an individualized training program designed with your specific fitness, health and wellness goals in mind.  I will create and deliver an effective exercise program focusing on the (5) components Fitness: 

Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition in conjunction with Balance and Coordination.
