What is Senior Fitness?

A fitness program specifically designed with the senior client in mind. Exercises that focus on building muscular strength and endurance, increasing cardiovascular function, and improving balance and coordination.  A program that takes into consideration special factors as diminished mobility, chronic conditions and limited flexibility.
